Describe your role at recruitAbility.
I’m Director of Delivery for our Managed Recruitment Solutions team.
What made you want to work in recruiting?
I started my career in R&D Engineering and enjoyed the challenge of finding the hard to find candidates.
What is your favorite part of recruiting?
My favorite part of recruiting is creating an efficient, repeatable recruiting process with excellent candidate communication & service.
What made you want to join recruitAbility?
The culture. RecruitAbility is dedicated to treating our internal teams like family and providing excellent service to both our clients and candidates.
Do you have a favorite business book or podcast?
Lately anything by Malcolm Gladwell (Outliers, Blink, The Tipping Point, What the Dog Saw, David and Goliath).
What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
I’m typically listening to live music or in the water somewhere.
