Our client, a global FinTech and RegTech platform, is not a startup they are an established, rapidly expanding company. They provide award-winning, state of the art technology solutions and services to financial services companies. They have established a strong foothold with most major investment banks across the world, they are looking to hire a seasoned Account Executive to expand their service offerings into the Private Banking & Wealth Management spaces. You will leverage strong industry relationships and ability to traverse large Private Banking & Wealth Management relationships with the top firms in the US, to sell the software application to stakeholders throughout the organization. You are a hunter, your drive must come from a passion for sales and the willingness to grow the business.

Given the reach of this role, US Domestic & International travel is a must.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver a minimum of $2M ACV annually
  • Meet and exceed sales/revenue objectives through new client growth to support overall company growth goals
  • Follow a disciplined sales process which includes sales cycle responsibility, including lead generation, qualification, and overall pipeline management and development
  • Develop and execute a structured major account plan for the key accounts, selling software and consulting services to C Level Executives, Management Teams, and end users
  • Participates in general sales strategy meetings to ensure a collaborative and consistent message
  • Jointly create and support long-term business plans with new and existing partners that will result in mutual value creation
  • Develop strong relationships with Consulting and Software Implementation firms to drive leads and that help implementation
  • Negotiate legal and financial agreements, such as NDA’s & MSA’s

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years selling financial technology solutions
  • Knowledge of the Asset Management and Asset Servicing space with previous successful relationships
  • Experience running and dealing with major organizations
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship building skills with demonstrated success working with C-level executives and building relationships across levels in partner organizations
  • Clarity of thought and entrepreneurial skills to develop new go-to-market strategies
  • Practical problem-solving capabilities with the ability to create buy-in, both internally and externally, to overcome potential hurdles in adoption of successful sales channels
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships and a collaborative, team environment within and across functional organizations
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills are a critical success factor for this role, including assertiveness, impactful communication style with the ability to influence actions/business decisions, high energy level with a bias for action, high credibility/respect from colleagues, and an enthusiastic attitude
  • Bachelors degree in Business/Technology or equivalent
