Our client, a technology platform for business automation, is seeking an Account Executive to lead the sales efforts. They are an international SaaS technology company, that has recently established its US base in Austin. You will be one of the first hires on the team, you can define and scale the market for the platform. It is a unique platform that automates sales, marketing, project management, and customer support all under one umbrella. You will be expected to develop excellent customer relationships by assisting with product selection and addressing the ongoing needs of each customer throughout the product life cycle.

  • Be a hunter! Comfortable closing deals in person or over the phone
  • Be responsible for the entire inside sales cycle from cold prospect through to close: researching targets, scheduling demos, engaging stakeholders, negotiating the deal, contracting and closing
  • Confidently outbound through cold calls and social engagement to targeted prospects and key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide product solutions for customers
  • Forecast business and opportunities and track customers and sales efforts
  • Identify leads and actively contact potential customers
  • Generate technical and business proposals and quote packages for customers

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years outside sales experience, preferably in SaaS or similar field
  • Experience selling business process automation, CRM or related enterprise platforms
  • Experience selling to SMB or small enterprise 
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Presentation and proposal creation experience
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with business owners
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, or another related field
