We’re looking for a talented storyteller with project management skills – an expert on what's new and now. Are you a marketing professional that knows how to develop marketing strategies that will attract the right audience? This individual will be responsible for developing the marketing tactics, from planning through execution to results analysis and content refinement, that supports a comprehensive marketing plan where the goal is to attract and nurture financial professionals to switch broker/dealers. You will work in close partnership with the internal departments and the business development team to achieve the company’s growth goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Relentlessly drive growth in new advisor acquisition programs through innovative strategies and meticulous execution
  • Develop marketing strategies and applicable tactics to boost the company’s brand awareness
  • Develop and manage the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including creation and execution of robust editorial calendars, marketing project management, collateral development, web content development, email creation and deployment, coordinating with agency partners, and digital marketing content (with a focus on new advisor acquisition)
  • Create the content outline and write digital & physical communications
  • Marketing presentations creation for key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to find synergies between enterprise-wide initiatives and firm-specific initiatives in order to elevate or increase the speed to market as it pertains to go-to-market marketing plans
  • Work with the business development leads to define segmentation and develop messaging strategies to obtain growth goals, establishing targeting strategies to increase the relevance and actionability of campaigns and maximize the impact
  • Leverage technology to enhance business goals; identify areas for improvement and drive implementation
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals

Required Skills and Education

  • 3-5 years of financial services marketing experience required; knowledge of advisor distribution industry preferred
  • Salesforce Pardot experience preferred (or other marketing automation platform)
  • Strong Collaboration skills within cross-functional teams – from creative, Business Development, Project Managers to IT – to produce effective content and campaigns
  • Good business judgment – understands and focuses efforts on key business priorities, thinks holistically, leverages business partners, and focuses on return on investment
  • Understands the need to have a clear positioning tailored to our audience, focuses on customer benefits and the value proposition of the business
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and team focus
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA a plus
