With all the opportunity and growth our client is experiencing, they are looking an exceptional Analytics Manager to join their tea to build their Analytics team and satisfy the company’s ever-increasing need for complex problem solving and data driven decision making. In this role you aim to impact key decisions by being accountable for keeping our Data Warehouse updated and as a single source of truth, defining clear product metrics, as well as evolving dash-boarding practices. It includes quantitative understanding of what customers are doing, how product features perform, and providing self-serve analytics capabilities for a wide range of stakeholders such as product, finance, accounting, and compliance).

What you will get to do as the Analytics Manager

  • Be the first on the ground to build up our analytics capabilities, reporting to the Director of Operations
  • Collect needs from stakeholders and convert them into requirements for metrics and data models
  • Perform analyses on customers, segments, products, conversion funnels, competitors, and A/B testing
  • Derive insights from analyses to provide recommendations/suggestions on how to improve/maximize performance
  • Develop product and funnel analysis reports to track and monitor KPIs
  • Closely collaborate with our product organization to understand and optimize the product through data-driven suggestions and implementation
  • Disseminate best-in-class data and dashboarding culture (including visualization techniques; dashboards adoption measurement & reporting; naming conventions; etc.).
  • Own key dashboards and metrics directory

What you need to succeed as the Analytics Manager

  • 4+ years of analytics background from a high growth organization, consulting, investment banking, fintech/payments company where you’ve been part of developing, improving and growing customer facing products
  • Experience dealing with unstructured business issues and successfully leading teams to resolve these issues
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills is a requirement (Power Query nice to have)
  • Data Visualization/Reporting: Tableau, Looker, Microsoft BI or similar experience
  • Experience building high-performance data warehouses (Redshift nice to have)
  • Strong analytical skills set: ability to identify and isolate trends, and connect them to customer behavioral patterns, and business impacts
  • Product metrics ownership (nice to have)
  • Python (nice to have)
  • Ability to effectively communicate actionable data-driven insights to all audiences and influence decision makers and roadmaps
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams and coordinate stakeholder expectations
  • Structural thinking
