They are rapidly growing and searching for a skilled Property Manager to be responsible for the San Diego and Bay Area markets and oversee the daily operations including the financial performance for their assigned portfolio. The Area Manager is responsible for resident (current and potential) interactions, marketing, leasing, renewals, move-outs, work orders, collections, and general property accounting duties.
 
 
What YOU get to DO at this innovative company

  • Ensure collections of rent, deposits, and fees.
  • Marketing and leasing effectiveness, meeting monthly and weekly leasing goals.
  • Build strong resident relationships to enhance retention and resolve issues to resident satisfaction.
  • Managing property financials.
  • Responsible for planning and controlling expenditures to obtain products and services at a minimum cost.
  • Initiate, review, and approve payables within products with authorized spending limits.

 
 
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in multi-family property management
  • 1 -3 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with property management software.
  • Prior experience with 50 + unit management.
  • Minimum of at least 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager and/or Area Manager.
