Our client, a specialty commercial real estate investment company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Processor to be an essential member of their Dallas office team, which is expected to scale rapidly this year. You will be an integral part of the team working on all aspects of the real estate finance transactions, from the start to closing. They focus on net leased development loans and acquisitions across the U.S. Our client is in a unique market position and this role comes with the potential to influence the direction their growing team follows.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with lenders, borrowers, title companies, brokers, and legal counsels to ensure a smooth closing process
  • Tracking loans in process and providing the team with the real-time status of all deals
  • Overseeing third-party reports (including surveys, Phase I, appraisals, zoning reports, and titles) while managing critical dates with lenders, titles, and borrowers to ensure on time closings
  • Reviewing necessary due diligence materials from the borrowers and brokers, as well as purchase, sale, and lease agreements
  • Obtaining and reviewing SNDA/Estoppels and new insurance certificates to comply with lenders' requirements

Main Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending (multi-family experience is a huge plus)
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college
