As the company is continuing to expand, our client is seeking a results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist that is passionate about improving on-site experiences, reducing friction and driving conversions to support the company’s lead generation and ecommerce goals. The CRO specialist is well versed in web analytics and performance metrics and is organized and methodical and is comfortable designing and managing A/B tests end-to-end. This person is a multitasker and able to work collaboratively within the team and across departments to deliver against team and company goal.

What YOU get to DO at this innovative company:

  • Management and maintenance of key landing pages to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Management of exit capture/exit intent campaigns.
  • Creating testing hypotheses, designing, implementing and managing A/B tests.
  • Establishing testing cadence for ongoing iterations, measuring and reporting on test results and creating a roadmap for future iterations.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Prior experience with page building tools and popups/exit capture campaigns.
  • Experience with CRO tools for setting up and managing a/b tests (Google optimize, Optimizely, etc).
  • Knowledge of best practices for UX/landing page design for various device types.
  • Working knowledge of paid search ad and landing page testing.
  • 2+ years experience optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Lead generation experience preferred.
