Who You Are:

As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you are a strong content creator, who likes creating and hosting webinars and email campaigns. You have experience with demand generation using data analytics turning leads into dollars and have experience with HubSpot or Marketo, in an IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity environment.

Additionally:

  • You are a self-driven, self-starter and that doesn’t have to be micromanaged
  • You can work cross-functionally to implement effective demand generation campaigns
  • You love creating content, webinars, and promotions
  • You can identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns and increase revenue 
  • You have successfully managed campaigns from beginning to end – planning, execution, tracking, and analysis

 What You're Capable Of:

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager candidate we are looking for can:

  • Lead cross-functional teams 
  • Plan, manage, execute, and report on global demand generation. 
  • Develop quarterly campaigns and associated KPIs 
  • Successfully conduct A/B testing 
  • Write copy for email and drip campaigns as well as landing pages
  • Take Qualified Marketing Leads (MQL) and turn them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). 
  • Understand complete B2B marketing strategies 

  

What You've Obtained

This position requires you to have the following:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience managing demand generation campaigns
  • Proficiency with Marketo or HubSpot
  • Project management experience 
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's Degree 

 

This Demand Generation, Marketing Manager is a remote position based in Austin, San Antonio, or the Dallas area and is targeting a base range of $95-105k.
