They are rapidly growing and searching for a skilled Marketing Director to oversee all company marketing initiatives, including but not limited to management of Marketing team members. Additionally, the Marketing Director will assess and create the Company’s Marketing Plan and Marketing strategy while also coordinating, directing marketing efforts, and conducting various research initiatives
 
What YOU get to DO at this innovative company:

  • Develop visual design for all corporate and property websites.
  • Develop robust copy for all property and corporate printed social media, website, and communication materials.
  • Develop all visual designs for sales marketing materials for properties.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement the new marketing strategy for regions that are not leasing.
  • Building brand awareness, including positioning
  • Coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end

 
 What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing and long-range planning required. 
  • 5+ years’ experience as a collaborative leader.
  • Experience working with financials and budgets
  • Property Management experience
  • Ability to draw data-driven insights from systems-driven reporting and communicate in business and financial terms to various stakeholders.
