Director of Sales
Our client is a private equity backed and rapidly scaling Software company and market leaders in their space. They have a full suite of products to optimize operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
As they continue growing, they are looking for a Director of Sales who can focus on overall customer growth and will serve as a skilled sales leader, demonstrating a successful history in constructing, overseeing, and expanding top-tier customer sales teams. Collaborating with the SVP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in incorporating customer feedback into the company’s go-to-market strategy for customer growth.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in management, with strong leadership skills and a record of driving team success.
- Proven ability to sell across diverse market segments, from enterprises to small/medium businesses, while maintaining discipline and organization.
- Proficiency in developing and executing effective sales processes, accurately forecasting sales, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Experience in go-to-market strategy, compensation, pricing models, hiring, and training, along with delivering key management reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborates effectively across departments to enhance workflows and product offerings, understands the competitive landscape, and has a track record of increasing revenue and sales productivity.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
