What you'll do as the Head of Sales

  • Hiring, training, and managing a high-performing, driven sales team
  • Investigating new ways to propel greater productivity and sales performance
  • Building and managing KPI's, from daily to quarterly
  • Engaging your sales team to help them clear hurdles and follow the best path
  • Managing all deals from inception to their funding
  • Expanding the current database of partners and bringing in mutually beneficial outside broker partnerships and affiliates

What We Need

  • Experience in MCA's, alternative lending, loan negotiations, and relationship management
  • A proven track record of sales and small team management experience
  • Experience using CRM software to optimize sales performance
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with partners and brokers
