We are currently seeking a skilled HEAD OF SALES to be a part of a fast-growing market and optimize their demand generation process and lead their inbound and outbound SaaS sales development teams. In your role as a HEAD OF SALESyou will:

  • Lead and scale all aspects of their pipeline generation and sales prospecting activities and own their demand generation strategy globally.
  • Recruit, train and develop a team of Sales Development Reps (outbound demand generation) and Market Response Reps (inbound lead qualification).
  • Building & driving a high-performing sales culture.
  • Act with high levels of autonomy and accountability while being a role model for a positive, authentic, and collaborative culture of accountability, empowerment & customer-first mindset.
  • Setting & Execution of quarterly/ annually team SLA’s which are in line with industry and company targets.
  • This is more sales process and needs to be sales lead life cycle focused. Specific to the demand generation /upfront part of the sales process.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FO IN THE HEAD OF SALES?

  • An experienced sales development professional with 3+ years of scaling and leading successful teams to achieve targets and objectives within SaaS companies.
  • Passionate about coaching and mentoring. Driven to develop and scale an organization in a supportive, collaborative & accountable environment.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work in a high-growth, rapidly changing work environment.
  • Outstanding at communication, organizational, and process management.
  • Must be highly effective at stakeholder engagement with the appropriate level of gravitas, domain expertise, and relationship management skills at a Senior Exec stakeholder level.
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results for the business while delivering high quality, best in class service and support.
  • Highly responsive and reliable, service-focused, customer-centric, and results-oriented – must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of expectations and deliver the appropriate business outcome.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative skills; solid decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop plans to drive key target business objectives.
