Our client is an international cybersecurity startup that specializes in remote network protection. In response to the new normal of working from home, our client developed a way to ensure complete network protection even out of the office. They’re growing rapidly and looking for an HR manager to recruit top talent and work with the CEO, while building the framework for the HR Operations. You’ll start out as an army of one and you’ll have the flexibility to determine your role as well as the company’s trajectory!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a scalable HR strategy
  • Create and maintain efficient performance management and talent review processes
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruiting and onboarding new employees
  • Lead and execute immigration strategies so that employees and candidates feel safe and supported through the visa process
  • Work with team leaders to provide coaching and counseling, as well as resolve any employee relation issues

Required Experience

  • 8+ years working in HR
  • 2+ years in an HR Leadership role
  • Recent experience (last 3 years) in the tech and IT industry
  • Experience working with a startup to build and establish your own HR team
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Global Employment Law
  • Basic proficiency in any Western European language (with Italian as a huge plus!)
