As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Manager to support the Telecom Network’s Cloud Operation’s Transformation Team, who will be responsible for leading and delivering small to components of large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. The Cloud Engineering platform that they offer focuses on enabling end-to-end journey from on-premise or co-location to Cloud. The goal is to help customers see and realize the cloud transformational as an opportunity for business enablement, with improvements on agility and resilience, and identify opportunities to reduce IT operations spend through automation resulting in competitive advantage. They hope to accelerate customers towards a technology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions and internally-developed software products, tools, and accelerators.

What you will get to go do as a Manager
  • Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment for some of the world’s largest companies in Telecom Industries.
  • Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.  
  • Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. 
  • During engagements, exposure to multiple technologies will provide you opportunities to become an expert and to expand your skillset into new areas. 
  • Lead/support technical teams to architect, build, and deploy cloud solutions across public, private and hybrid cloud environments within the TME Industries.
  • Own and deliver respective outcomes while managing different clients and other stakeholders.

What you NEED to Succeed as a Manager

  • 5+ years of experience within the Telecommunications space; cloud infrastructure or networks infrastructure preferred.
  • 5+ years of prior consulting experience with large or boutique consulting firm. 
  • 5+ years of end-to-end experience in Project/Program Management.
  • Understanding of building financials models and business cases for ROI analysis.
  • A specific and relatively nuanced understanding of the hyperscale cloud providers features and capabilities specifically relating to Telecom industry and clients.
  • Team leadership skills, knowledge and experience in delivery of Cloud based solutions.
  • Experience in assisting Senior leadership team to design technology, process landscape and develop overall solution strategy. 
  • System Development methodology understanding, people/soft skills and leadership presentation.  
  • Knowledge  of  industry  best  practices  for  designing,  implementing,  and  maintaining  infrastructure  and service availability throughout the system life cycle.
  • Familiarity of Telecom Networks, 5G, Open Ran, analytics within network space (AI/ML), OSS (Operations Support Systems) Platforms/ Tools, Cloud & DevOps.
  • Solid core consulting skills (Storyboarding, Logical Structuring, Executive Presentation, Client Interviewing, Business Case development, etc.)
  • Experience leading large operations transformation engagements within the Telecom Networks space.
