Our client is currently seeking a skilled Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and guiding all aspects of projects from inception through execution. Key attributes such as exceptional communication skills, unwavering attention to detail, and an innate desire for teamwork and project completion are essential for success in this role.

What YOU get to DO at this innovative company 

  • Develop and manage scopes of work for martech, demand generation, and/or strategy projects
  • Lead the relationship with clients, their partners, and their customers to set the tone for purposeful collaboration
  • Manage day-to-day production of multiple prioritized tasks or projects at one time to meet client deadlines and proactively manage client expectations for delivery.
  • Ensure productive collaboration internally with a diverse team of strategists, creatives, and technologists
  • Track and report weekly project efficiency to align to scope, budget, and timelines

 What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role 

  • 5+ years of full-time experience in a digital and/or consulting agency working with B2B clients
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with brands as well as project delivery
  • Marketing automation email marketing experience required 
  • Direct experience and confidence with marketing technology including Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, and HubSpot required
  • Experience with renewal or subscription marketing preferred 
  • Excellent skills with resource management
