Our fast-growing client, born in Austin, Texas in 2013, is an innovative recruiting firm which is dedicated to the management of branding, HR Technology, Recruiting, Retail & Consumer Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment Marketing for Multi-Brand Companies.  

Since the company is quickly expanding, they are currently looking for a new team member to fill the position of a Marketing Campaign Manager, who will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand generation activities towards the mid-market and entrepreneur markets in North America.

What YOU get to DO at this innovative company:

  • Planning, execution and measurement of integrated multi-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition and upsell revenue.
  • Developing marketing emails, landing pages, webinars, advertisements, in-person and virtual events.
  • Assisting with careful market segmentation and data enrichment to help us reach our target buyer.
  • Organizing new product launches and execution of GTM strategies.
  • Helping to refine campaign processes, personalization, data management/hygiene, account and lead scoring, lead routing, email nurture streams, and other important modern marketing tactics.
  • Supporting the sales and customer success business development programs.
  • Learning and utilizing marketing execution platforms including Hubspot, ZoomInfo and other parts of the marketing tech stack.
  • Supporting marketing reporting and analysis efforts by creating reports and dashboards and tracking against marketing KPIs.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role  

  • An Agile mindset: versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • 3+ years of experience running successful marketing campaigns at an enterprise software or B2B SaaS company is strongly preferred.
  • Creativity, digital marketing, Account-based marketing, and demand generation acumen
  • Excellent project management skills: you are a master at scheduling tasks, estimating work, flagging potential blockers early, and getting internal buy-in.
  • Experience with Hubspot or an equivalent CRM and marketing automation solution is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable presenting programs and results to a group.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
