We here at recruitAbility are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager that knows how to get results from digital marketing while helping to further educate the prospects on why they do what they do and how they do it. The Marketing Manager is someone that is constantly wanting to learn and expand upon their skill set, knowing that their work will have a direct impact on the growth of the company. The income and opportunities for this role will be in direct proportion to the value they bring to the company.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and execute a marketing plan to target new prospects
  • Create content for blogs, social media posts, websites, and electronic newsletters
  • Build and manage social media presence across all social media and reputation channels, with LinkedIn as a focus
  • Develop strategy and execute a plan to segment, target and grow our e-mail database
  • Utilize our website as a marketing tool, by generating lead traffic and optimizing conversion rates
  • Establish PR relationships both online and print
  • Manage and upgrade the website and maintain with current content
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events for the company and clients

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms for B2B marketing purposes
  • Experience with WordPress preferred
  • Experience with or knowledge of SEO and SEM methodologies preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
  • Enthusiastic and self-starting approach
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
