We here at recruitAbility are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager that knows how to get results from digital marketing while helping to further educate prospects on why recruitAbility is different. This person will be a leader, learner, and teacher that enjoys a fast-paced environment enjoys constant challenges, and is seeking professional growth. We need someone that can come in and own the marketing function here and ideally build a team over time.

We are a service company, building our brand and reputation is core to developing a presence in a competitive market. Someone that understands how to leverage existing customers and their experience working with us to help spread the word will excel in this role. The people we place are just as important, we want someone that utilizes their experiences as well to build a strong brand message.


  • Create, manage and execute a marketing plan for the purposes of lead generation and brand building
  • Create content for blogs, social media posts, websites, and email campaigns
  • Be able to track and report utilizing various analytical tools
  • Build and manage social media presence across all social media and reputation channels
  • Develop strategy and execute a plan to segment, target, and nurture prospects in our CRM
  • Utilize our website as a marketing tool, by generating lead traffic and optimizing conversion rates
  • Establish and nurture PR relationships both online and print
  • Manage and upgrade the website and maintain with current content
  • Plan and coordinate in-person events for the company and clients


  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B services
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms for B2B marketing purposes
  • Experience with WordPress preferred
  • Experience with or knowledge of SEO, Paid Search and SEM preferred
  • Experience with email nurture campaigns
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn podcast production
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
