The company is currently looking for a new team member to fill the position of SALES EXECUTIVE, the ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial and spirited candidate with a strong personality who is willing and able to take on a challenge. In this role, you will be expected to work from home as well as travel to meet with clients. Your primary responsibilities will be to identify potential business relationships and to maintain and preserve client relationships through the implementation stage. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities.

  • Sell into the C-Suite level; negotiate final scope and pricing through contract execution

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role

  • Bachelor's degree, in marketing or business administration
  • 5+ years of sales experience (B2B) in a data-driven environment, using consultative, value-proposition selling techniques
  • Prior sales success with high-growth organizations / middle market / C-Suite
  • RPO sales experience 
  • Willingness/ability to travel 25-50 percent of the time
  • Experienced in seeking out and creating client relationships
  • Comfortable with making presentations; negotiation and sales planning skills
