Our client is the world’s leading eCommerce SaaS platform that enables businesses to integrate, manage, and optimize their sales processes across dozens of online marketplaces. Thousands of customers in more than 60 countries use their software to transform the way they sell online. As they continue to aggressively scale their US business, they are looking for an Executive Admin/Office Manager all-around all-star that can be the right-hand person to the GM of the US organization. This is a high visibility role that will play a crucial role in being the glue that keeps this growing organization together.  

This is a jack of all trades role that is going to require someone to think on their feet and be comfortable dealing with different projects that involve all parts of the business. This person will likely grow into a Director or VP of operations type role down the road.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Daily interaction with leadership teams to understand the needs of their most pressing internal projects
  • Run special projects in conjunction with the leadership team around vendor management, partnerships, and anything else that may come up
  • Work with leadership to develop an effective recruiting strategy
  • Develop strategies and implement HR related processes including, recruiting, onboarding, culture, benefits, and company events
  • Develop internal policy and procedure documents 
  • Manage office and company vendor accounts
  • Handle daily internal office admin tasks, in a virtual setting and eventually help decide on a physical location
  • Work closely with leadership to create and polish presentations, both internal and external
  • Help manage the schedule and meeting prep for senior leadership

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years as an executive or operations admin
  • Ability to adjust and adapt to constantly changing, fast-moving priorities
  • Experience in a start-up environment that has scaled rapidly
  • Proficiency with MS Office and/or G Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Creativity with the ability to speak up and suggest improvements
