You will ensure the proper development of strategic partner relationships that deliver unique solutions and accelerate incremental revenue. Collaborating with product, engineering, business development, marketing, sales, finance, legal, and PR to launch strategic partnerships and solutions. Providing partners with advice on how to reach maximum monetization potential on the platform. Working with partners such as Amazon, eBay, Google, SAP, Facebook, etc.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and implement revenue centric sales propositions, promotions, product repositioning, and partner programs
  • Identify, recruit, onboard and manage all sales activities for new and existing channel partners to increase product revenue
  • Achieve revenue targets and performance metrics
  • Be seen as a credible and trusted adviser to all partner and customer stakeholders
  • Educate partners on new functionality to ensure they have the most recent product knowledge
  • Work with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation
  • Develop presentations and materials to support sales with and through partners
  • Prepare profitable and compelling partner and customer commercials including product offerings, RFP, quotations, SoW, and pricing for partner-related sales activity
  • Work with the Marketing and Product teams to assist in the creation of relevant product marketing activities

Required Experience

  • Passion for customer service, ensuring partners are representative of our values
  • Experience of partnering with big brands such as Facebook, Google, etc. and have worked with the C Level within these brands
  • Proven experience of the ability to work with large strategic partners growing market share and commercial return  
  • Experience of having built revenue centric partner programs and negotiated partner contract and commercial frameworks
  • A vast amount of experience in designing and executing online market place partnerships within a SaaS sales environment, eCommerce or retail environment 
  • Experience in developing partner relationships, selling through partner channels, and the onboarding and management of partners
  • Ability to manage complex relationships across multiple levels
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the channel partner sales cycle including pre-sales, negotiation, and commercial management
  • Excellent presentation skills and knowledge
