Our client, an established but growing digital and print publishing company is looking for a Regional Sales Rep to develop the North Houston market, Tomball to Kingwood. They publish local relocation guides that provide a wide range of information on Homes, Neighborhoods, Schools, Education and trendy activities for people to utilize when moving to a new community.

Our ideal candidate is self-sufficient, independent with a hunter mentality while pursuing new clients and actively growing existing accounts. This position will also assist with circulation, business development initiatives, and publication content.


  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, make presentations (average 10-14/week) and close business
  • Negotiate and close deals and handle client objections
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations along with distribution
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions on behalf of the company


  • 5+ outside sales experience, preferably Ad or tech related
  • Excellent understanding of MS and cloud-based collaboration tools
  • Ability to work remote and work well independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional experience
