As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will lead a team of enterprise sales directors to carry a quota for assigned territories and named accounts. The ideal candidate has a passion for innovation and growth and can tell a complex and powerful value proposition story to recruit executives. This is a fast-growing company that's looking for someone to instill rigor in pipeline management and inspect deals to ensure a high win rate!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of quarterly forecasting and pipeline management of an enterprise sales team
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of MEDDIC and Challenger sales methodologies, while inspecting deals using it
  • Collaborating with the Revenue Operations teams to ensure data hygiene
  • Planning with the Channels and Demand Generation teams to execute campaigns, events, and other activities in support of pipeline development goals for the team
  • Leading the sales teams and overseeing sales planning, prioritization setting, and process optimization

Required Experience

  • A bachelor's degree and 15+ years of complex enterprise SaaS selling experience
  • Background of managing an enterprise sales team with consistent achievement of enterprise sales quota
  • SaaS experience in retail vertical and/or supply chain function
  • A data-driven method of leading and developing team members
  • Experience working remotely

Nice to Have

  • Supply chain management or transportation knowledge
  • Experience selling directly into retailers with annual revenues of $1B or more
  • Existing relationships with retail executives
