Our client is looking for a skilled SALES DIRECTOR who can help them continue their rapid growth. The right candidate will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and winning new business, as well as generating new business opportunities or cross-selling existing accounts.

What YOU get to DO at this innovative company

  • Position is responsible for prospecting, managing, and bringing to closure new business opportunities within the Food Service Market.
  • Serve as the key interface in defining customer needs
  • Responsible for proposing and closing deals.
  • As the liaison between the customer and the company, it is your responsibility to help new customers navigate any roadblocks they may face in securing the business 

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role

  • 5+ years of field sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Must reside on the West Coast 
  • Ability to travel 50%
  • Experience with complex software and/or hardware solutions and professional services
  • Managing sales through forecasting, account strategy, and planning.
  • Experience with sales CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience in maintaining Account Plans and Joint Execution Plans}
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization especially the C-Suite personas
