Our client, a leader in the market for indoor mapping and navigation matures, they are experiencing a growing demand for their indoor navigation product built with Google Maps. They are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager with extensive channel experience for the US market. Based in Austin, you are responsible for developing and executing the regional business plans and meetings, and exceeding revenue targets. You will lead sales activities through selected partners, while it also remains critical to develop and grow direct sales. There are already a number of industry partners and larger clients in place with room for expansion, besides the primary objective of growing the customer (partners) base within primarily the Enterprise and Sports & Entertainment industry.
You will report to the VP of Sales, Americas and your primary tasks include recruiting, developing, and managing partners as well as larger direct clients to achieve targeted sales growth in the region.
Be the owner of your personal sales targets and required activities to meet those goals
Develop and execute the in-direct and direct sales strategy per industry
Develop new reseller and industry partner relationships
Pipeline and forecasting management
Engage directly with clients to ramp up a client portfolio
Support partner sales efforts and contribute to co-marketing campaigns
Share customer & partner feedback internally and remain up to date on industry happenings
Willing to “walk the extra mile” and value a humble customer approach
Required Education and Experience
5+ years of both direct and partner sales experience with enterprise SaaS sales
Preferably a working knowledge of property technology and/or navigation, mapping experience software
Document a strong sales track record
Work independently in a changeable and fast-moving business environment
Ready to travel 20% on average (post-Covid)
Bachelors Degree or related relevant experience
