Our client is a plasma collection company in Austin that focuses on supporting the creation and manufacturing of lifesaving drug therapies by supplying high-quality plasma to people in need. They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team and oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities of the Sr. Financial Analyst
-Contributing to the development of the overall strategy of the finance department in the organization
-Owning the modeling of planned capital investments and the reporting of actual results and corresponding impact to depreciation expense, while forecasting weekly/monthly/annual revenue
-Developing and implementing policies and procedures in concurrence with overall corporate policies and procedures
-Tracking expenses and revenues vs budget and forecasts, and analyzing fluctuations
-Preparing monthly consolidation and executive financial packages, as well as annual financial information to be provided to the internal and external auditors

Main Requirements for the Sr. Financial Analyst
-A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field (master's degree in these fields or business administration is preferred)
-3 to 5 years of experience in reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis
-Working knowledge of accounting/GAAP as well as proven experience working with Power BI, SQL, and large data sets
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel)
-An understanding of ERP systems
