This is a great opportunity for a Solutions Architect in our client's growing D365 practice, as you will leverage your business and solution expertise to lead and define strategic solutions to meet clients' business goals. You will lead the transformational process with client business and technical leaders, utilizing D365 to architect solutions to transform their business. You will work with closely with your project team members to ensure the successful implementation of the solution blueprint.

Core Responsibilities of the Solutions Architect:

  • Perform the necessary consultation to clients in defining and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics. 
  • Contribute to estimating scoping and reviewing effort defined in Statements of Work as well as defining the level of effort for active Microsoft solutions and projects.
  • Architect and innovate the solution to meet clients' business goals. 
  • Lead rapport building with clients through effective communication and ongoing meetings while coordinating and completing deliverables based on client and/or project needs.
  • Present all other enVista offerings that would benefit each client as One enVista.
  • Understand and drive solutions that include existing enVista IP as well as other AppSource offerings where appropriate.
  • Become a trusted advisor and promote enVista as the trusted partner.
  • Mentoring resources on the enVista Dynamics delivery team.

Core Qualifications for our client’s Solutions Architect:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technology.
  • Professional accreditations such as CPIM for Ops, CPA or similar for Finance, preferred.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in solution architecture/design.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics product suite, successfully architecting or demonstrated potential to architect multiple solutions.
  • Subject Matter Expert in one or more of the following functional areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Planning, Warehouse Management, Sales & Marketing, Project Operations and Retail. The greater the depth and the greater the breadth, the better.
  • Experience with integrating external systems and data migration.
  • Experience with FastTrack implementations, Lifecycle Services, DevOps, and leading Standard Migration Assessments.
  • Experience with pre-sales activities including solution demos, consulting as an industry SME, estimating and creating proposals. Can work with all levels of management, including C-Suite.
  • Proven track record demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to work individually or in a team environment.
  • Should be proficient with key productivity and system tools, including but not limited to Office 365.
  • Ability to travel around 35-40%.
