This role will have responsibility for the delivery and pre-sales of Microsoft Business Central solutions to Clients. In delivery, you will provide solution direction defining the fit of Business Central to client's needs, gaps, and resolution and support through the implementation of Business Central into clients' operations. In pre-sales, you will be responsible for responding to RFP's or significant opportunities, performing discovery and scoping for the proposed solution, conducting demos using Business Central, and supporting the sales staff during the closure of the opportunity. This individual will have significant experience in Business Central or Navision with the familiarity with Dynamics 365 solution sets.
 
Core Responsibilities of the Solutions Lead – D365 Business Central

  • Consult with prospective customers to identify business problems, objectives, and priorities relevant to our software solutions
  • Perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues and opportunities, solution requirements, and related benefits
  • Lead definition of solution structure using Business Central
  • Provide support and guidance to business unit leaders and sales team on sales strategy, business benefits, and action plans throughout the sales process
  • Lead, prepare and deliver (in partnership with the Sales team) custom presentations and demonstrations to the customer on the benefits of our proposed solution
  • Build rapport with clients through effective communication, working sessions, and meetings
  • Work as part of a project team from project kick-off through project go-live
  • Measure delivery of our solution against requirements, through ownership of deliverables
  • Recommend the proper modules, design, and configuration to meet the customer’s needs
  • Build a strong interactive relationship with customer contact

 
Core Responsibilities of the Solutions Lead – D365 Business Central

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience required
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Presales capacity for an ERP Software is required; Business Central
  • 5- 7 years of consulting experience required; Dynamics Business Central ERP experience
  • Ability to deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Retail operations is highly desirable
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical, numerical, planning, and reasoning abilities
  • Travel: 50-75%
