Required Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing, semi-technical role
  • Experience working in a team, and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders like product, sales, customer success, etc
  • Obsessed with customer support and delighting the customers
  • Training and mentoring team members
  • Creating and Enhancing training material
  • Business data analysis and good skills in tools such as MS Excel and Google sheets

Primary Responsibilities

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve call quality or account-related issues for customers
  • Work with our Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to identify and drive improvements in our existing products
  • Contribute to developing training content such as knowledge base articles, processes, etc
