They are looking for a Sr. Recruiter with strong prior experience in recruiting for sales, marketing, and support teams. As part of this role, your primary responsibility is to help build an amazing team. You will partner with various leaders and managers to understand various job requirements and develop a sourcing strategy to identify and recruit top talent. You will also be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations, manage the onboarding process, create a great employee experience. Primary Responsibilities of the Sr. Recruiter 

  • Own the hiring process end to end from sourcing to offer roll-out
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through the recruiting and hiring process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team members, present high qualified candidates, and provide regular progress reports
  • Recruiting new hires, including screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and initiating background checks
  • Ensure a transparent and outstanding candidate experience
  • Own HR operations from on-boarding, employee experience, employee training, and termination processes

Primary Qualifications of the Sr. Recruiter

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for SaaS companies (startups ++)
  • Demonstrated experience with the complete recruiting life cycle including sourcing, qualifying, and assessing candidates
  • Experience working with executives and function leaders
  • Has worked with more than one agency (steep cultural learning curve)
