Our client, a professional sports organization, is looking for a bilingual ticket seller who is responsible for generating ticket sales to companies, organizations, and individuals for primarily group sales and season ticket packages. The ticket seller will build a solid client base, develop new revenue opportunities, and maintain client communication.  

Responsibilities

  • Sell season, individual game day, and special event packages for a professional sports organization
  • Collaborate with sales, ticketing, marketing, and other teams to develop revenue projections and sales strategies to successfully meet sales goals
  • Research, prospect and establish leads for future clients
  • Maintain daily activity levels of roughly 75-100 activities; consisting of outbound calls, face-to-face meetings, and email communication
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish (create proposals and draft/negotiate contracts)  
  • Work necessary event days and special events to maintain client relationships

Qualifications

  • Min of 1-5 years of inbound/outbound sales experience; group sales experience highly preferred
  • Self-motivated team player with a proven ability to work with aggressive individual and team sales goals
  • Required: Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
