Drilling Fluids Specialist

As a Drilling Fluids Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The Drilling Fluids Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery. The best fit for this role will have a degree in Process Engineering with an interest in starting a career in the oilfield and wanting to grow within an incredible company. If you are a high energy, self – motivated individual that loves to travel, is well educated, well spoken, respectful, follows directions and is eager to learn and work hard, long hours in potential harsh weather/outdoor, then this is the role for you.
What YOU get to DO at this innovative company:
- Perform service, prepare field deliverables, remove and secure resources, and deploy and position resources.
- Prepare and verify Resources as well as evaluate and reconcile resources.
- Capture field data and implement risk response.
- Obtain customer acceptance of delivery.
- Prepare, deliver and archive final job deliverables.
- Prepare job invoice supporting documentation.
- Verify and prepare resources at product line location.
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Responsible for service delivery execution.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.

- Must have to 0-1 years experience. We are looking for people ready to get their foot in the door, as this is a gateway position to be with the best in the world!
- Associate’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) is required!
- Good Math Skills, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving skills.
- Driver License and Legal Right to Work.
- Job will require you pass a physical pre-screening test, including drug and alcohol test.
