Our client specializes in providing outsourced legal services and streamlining operations for clients with sophisticated and nuanced needs.

As they continue growing, they are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager who will play a critical role in overseeing internal FP&A functions, with a focus on managing credit agreements, forecasting financial statements, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.
 
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Partnering with service line executives to assist with financial targets, cost management, and business insights.
  • Serving as the resident financial expert on service line performance and KPI dashboards.
  • Completing monthly financial packages, variance analysis, and model updates against budget and forecast.
  • Developing and interpreting financial and business analysis projects from start to finish.
  • Supporting the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term forecasts.
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Training and mentoring other FP&A team members on best practices and initiatives.
  • Identifying and resolving reporting and analysis inefficiencies.
  • Performing ad hoc analysis and reporting as required to support strategic initiatives.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and forecasting, preferably in investment/PE/financial services.
  • Strong understanding of credit agreements, forecasting, and 3-statement modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI or Tableau) and Microsoft Power Suite.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions like index match) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized individual with a natural curiosity for financial analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
