As a rapidly growing company, they are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Full Stack Developer to join their vibrant team in Austin, Texas. The preferred candidate should possess a solid proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as C#, SQL Server, and Blazor, with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience in building scalable and resilient software solutions. As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role within our development team, participating in the creation, enhancement, and upkeep of our insurance software applications.

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in software development, specifically emphasizing Microsoft technologies (C#, SQL Server, etc).
  • Robust comprehension of full-stack development principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and adeptness in agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities and effective communication and collaboration skills within a team-oriented setting.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Blazor and Web API.
