As the company continues to expand its efforts, they are seeking a Professional Services Consultant – Implement SDLC and DevOps Tools to implement our Enterprise database change management product. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping companies achieve their DevOps goals with experience in databases, DevOps technologies, container technologies, and enterprise cloud & IT environments.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:
- Collaborate effectively with developers to create, enhance, and deliver substantial product improvements, tackling intricate challenges in the database DevOps & CI/CD sector.
- While a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered.
- Lead customer implementations, whether on-site or through web meetings, fostering lasting partnerships to ensure ongoing success and the realization of full investment value.
- Oversee day-to-day implementation tasks, execute a comprehensive technical strategy, track issues meticulously, conduct root cause analyses, and drive resolutions.
- Guide customers on their Database DevOps Strategy.
- Execute customer implementations, covering requirements, design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Deliver comprehensive training and technical support, collaborating within the broader account team dedicated to assigned clients.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- Experienced professional with 6 years in information technology and 3 years in enterprise software consulting for external clients.
- A college degree in Computer Science or other technical field is preferred, and applicable experience will be considered as an alternative to a degree.
- Expertise includes implementing projects on various CI/CD platforms, proficiency in Git, database management, cloud environments, Kubernetes/Docker, configuration management tools, and infrastructure as code.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and document complex customer problems, prioritize, and drive resolutions through effective communication.
- Skilled in project management methodologies for 2-3 month projects, with a willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
