Receptionist/ Office Administrator
Our client is a mid-size IT services provider. As they continue to grow, they seek a full-time Office Administrator/ Receptionist to join their team in Round Rock, TX.
What YOU get to DO at this growing company:
- Manage communication channels by answering and directing calls, as well as welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain cleanliness in reception and common areas, manage office supplies, coordinate meetings and executive support, oversee office equipment maintenance, and assist in event planning.
- Place and manage supply requisitions
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-4 years of office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong phone skills, and effective English communication are essential.
- The ideal candidate should excel in multitasking, possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and demonstrate decisive judgment.
- Punctuality, customer service orientation, adaptability, and results-oriented initiative are also key attributes for success in this role.
