Receptionist/ Office Administrator

Our client is a mid-size IT services provider. As they continue to grow, they seek a full-time Office Administrator/ Receptionist to join their team in Round Rock, TX

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

  • Manage communication channels by answering and directing calls, as well as welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department 
  • Maintain cleanliness in reception and common areas, manage office supplies, coordinate meetings and executive support, oversee office equipment maintenance, and assist in event planning. 
  • Place and manage supply requisitions
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed 

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-4 years of office experience. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong phone skills, and effective English communication are essential. 
  • The ideal candidate should excel in multitasking, possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and demonstrate decisive judgment. 
  • Punctuality, customer service orientation, adaptability, and results-oriented initiative are also key attributes for success in this role.
