Sales & Account Manager

Our client is a leading provider of electrical and industrial solutions, rooted in delivering quality installations. As the company continues to grow its service and special projects division, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Account Manager / Salesperson to join the team. This role is ideal for a dependable and approachable professional who thrives on problem-solving, clear communication, and getting the job done right. The selected candidate will work directly with commercial clients across South Texas to provide solutions for service work and smaller-scale electrical projects.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

• Meet with commercial clients, including property managers and facility operators, to assess service and project needs.

• Estimate and quote quick-turn jobs such as lighting repairs, panel upgrades, tenant improvements, and system troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with electricians and technicians to ensure smooth job execution that meets or exceeds expectations.

• Maintain organized records of quotes, job status, and follow-ups, ensuring all client needs are addressed promptly.

• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and pride—acting as if your name is on the truck.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

• Prior experience in commercial electrical service or sales.

• Ability to read blueprints and develop accurate estimates quickly.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships.

• Proven track record of dependability, task completion, and client satisfaction.

• Valid driver’s license and strong work ethic.

• Bonus: Familiarity with the South Texas region and/or background in the trades.
