Contract Accounting Role – Quick Start, Competitive Pay!
We’re looking for a Contract Accountant to support revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable functions for a 3-4 week engagement, with the potential for an extension. If you have strong NetSuite experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Pay: $21-$25/hr
Duration: 3-4 weeks (potential extension)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and customer payments while ensuring accuracy in accounts receivable records
- Perform credit reviews for new customers and manage documentation
- Prepare revenue and deferred revenue schedules in compliance with recognition guidelines
- Support board reporting, audits, and financial presentations
- Work with NetSuite and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) to analyze data and improve efficiency
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- At least two years of finance or accounting experience
- Hands-on revenue and billing experience
- Proficiency with NetSuite and Excel
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
