Sales Rep for Travel Street Team
Our client is seeking dedicated Sales Representatives for their Travel Street Team, which involves daily marketing efforts across various communities throughout Texas and other states licensed by the Agency. The role includes gathering potential client information for health insurance enrollment and assisting with setup and breakdown during company events. As the Street Team is the face of our client in the community, new hires will be trained on professional marketing techniques and how to effectively promote the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct marketing activities and generate leads in multiple locations.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of company events.
- Represent our client professionally while promoting the company brand in the field.
- Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Frequent travel is required; lodging, transportation, and food expenses are covered during travel periods.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Preferred typing speed of 15-20 words per minute and computer literacy.
- Must be able to lift 25-40 pounds and walk for extended periods.
- Good physical endurance is preferred.
- Valid driver's license or state ID is required (if driving a company vehicle).
Compensation:
- $500/week during the training period.
- $2,500/month upon passing the evaluation.
- Must achieve an average of at least 18 leads/week to maintain compensation level.
- If performance criteria are met and a full working season (4 consecutive months) is completed, compensation will be extended for the number of months worked into the next season, plus the new contract pay.
