Maria joins our company during a period of rapid growth. Our staff has doubled in size over the past 12 months.

Describe your role at recruitAbility.
I’m a sourcing specialist in the technology division.
What made you want to work in recruiting?
I’m a psychologist, and the organizational part of my career is something that I’m passionate about. One big part of this field is recruiting.
What’s your favorite part of recruiting?
My favorite part is to be able to present an offer to someone that can represent growth and knowledge professionally.
What made you want to join recruitAbility?
It was an amazing opportunity to gain more experience and knowledge of recruiting and identifying talent.
Do you have a favorite business book or podcast?
My favorite book is “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho, and I enjoy listening to Ted talks.
Any favorite vacation destinations?
My favorite vacation destination is the beach.
What’s your favorite part about your hometown?
I live in a small city called Valledupar, and my favorite part about living here is the landscapes and the food.
What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
I enjoy going to the movies and trying out new restaurants.
