Shelley Carter

I have been in the recruiting industry for 5 years, I am passionate about changing lives and finding positions for my candidates that highlight and nurture their personal talents. I am a native Austinite, and I know and love this city so much. The growth and career opportunities in Austin are endless, and I am proud to call this city home. When I am not recruiting I am hiking, cooking, playing soccer, and running around with my girls. Empowering women and seeing women in leadership is something I am extremely passionate about and I hope to work towards a director role and mentor young recruiters.
