I love recruiting for I am able to be a true teammate for hiring teams as well as providing positive interactions for candidates.

If I could sum myself up in a few words, then I would say “still waters run deep”.

I am an extroverted introvert, for while I am outgoing and friendly, I am also a thinker. I have recently graduated with a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

My professional background has been in Talent Acquisition in the military/government industries, where I used my talents as a researcher and a facilitator to help people meet organizations and organizations to have a more diverse field of top talent.
