Describe your role at recruitAbility.
I focus on building trusting relationships with our clients to help them find the best talent to fill new career opportunities.
What made you want to work in recruiting?
After 10+ years of working in the dental field, I wanted to try something new and different but still be able to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Recruiting is a great opportunity to do that.
What’s your favorite part of recruiting?
My favorite part about recruiting is making a difference in someone’s life by introducing them to new career opportunities. I like being able to be a small part of their growth and success.
What made you want to join recruitAbility?
recruitAbility has given me the opportunity to learn the ropes of recruiting from a highly skilled and supportive recruiting team. That was a big factor in my decision.
What’s your favorite part about living in Austin?
I’m proud to say I was born and raised in this great city! I love the laid-back feel, live music, and the many hiking trails around the city. I also enjoy supporting local businesses.
Favorite spot to get food in Austin?
This is a tough one! I love trying new restaurants that are constantly popping up all over town. But if I had to name a few: La Traviata, Loro, and Home Slice Pizza have been consistent winners!
What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, working out, hiking, and enjoying the many festivals Austin has to offer.
