The recruitability Focus:

recruiting and retention

We began with the simple idea that recruiters should be a valued partner in the process of finding and retaining talent for the companies we serve.  We’ve created a model that shares accountability throughout the recruitment process and focuses on retaining the placed employee. recruitAbility’s scorecard approach and unique payment structure shares accountability by actively involving the company, the candidate, and a recruitAbility consultant for up to a year after the start date to ensure expectations are being met.  Companies and candidates we represent share accountability with us; its recruiting with accountability, recruitAbility!

We have a team of specialized consultants that work with our client companies to learn what type of talent they’re looking for to build their organization.

Our pre-recruitment assessment helps determine the type of candidates we need to be looking for.  This lets us determine the culture, value, and skills that are important and different to each employer we represent.

THE DIFFERENCE

THE DIFFERENCE

shared accountability

recruitAbility set out to disrupt how traditional recruiting firms work.  Shared accountability is what we’re based on, and that includes how you pay.  Most firms charge 20-30% of the first years salary once the employee is placed and general due within 30 days from start.  With our payment model, we spread the payments out for every month the placed employee works up to a year.  This gives the employer more financial flexibility and allows them to take advantage of recruitAbility’s onboarding and engagement platform with a recruiting consultant.  At the end of one year, we’ll compile the data and present the employer with a year one summary that can address anything in the process that can be improved or tweaked.  Of course, there is always the buy now should the employer not choose to take advantage of the scorecard option.
