Describe your role at recruitAbility.

My role at RecruitAbility is sourcing IT talent for the Technical Recruitment Division team.

What made you want to work in recruiting?

I decided to work in recruiting because every day is different and I feel that I’m helping people to find opportunities to work and grow professionally.

What is your favorite part of recruiting?

I love to investigate and read, so my favorite part is catching profiles and matching the openings criteria. When Scott or any other recruiter approves my candidates, I feel very happy.

What made you want to join recruitAbility?

Everything that I heard was true! It’s an amazing team to work with, very supportive and kind… Definitely, a Wolfpack.

Do you have a favorite business book or podcast?

My favorite business book is the person that is my boss LOL. Scott is an incredible leader and I learn a lot every day from him.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?

I work fully remote because I live outside the US, but I love to join the daily meetings.

What is your favorite thing to do around Austin?

I have never visited Austin but I’m planning to do it in the future.
