We’re working with a firm that’s hiring a Project / Construction Manager to oversee heavy civil, highway, and bridge projects in the Knoxville / Tri-Cities region.

What they’re looking for:

• PE or CCM certification

• 15+ years of construction experience with a strong focus on roadway and bridge projects

• 5+ years managing projects in Tennessee, ideally with TDOT involvement

• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle construction efforts on large-scale infrastructure, up to $25 to $30M

• A leadership mindset, someone who can train, support, and lead field staff without the drama

• A track record of delivering complex projects on time and to spec

• Experience with QA/QC programs or on-call task order contracts
