Our client is a market leader in premium protective products for automotive, residential, and commercial sectors. Known for their commitment to quality and outstanding customer service, they are expanding and seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment needs. This position offers flexibility in a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What YOU get to DO in this high-profile position:

  • Lead End-to-End Recruitment: Manage recruitment from sourcing to hiring for various high-volume roles.
  • Source Top Talent: Identify skilled candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct Thorough Assessments: Perform phone screens and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure clear, professional communication and timely follow-up to provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Track Recruitment Metrics: Monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring success rates.
  • Maintain ATS Accuracy: Use Workday to manage candidate workflows, monitor recruitment progress, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to recruiting best practices and legal requirements.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Provide insights into recruitment challenges and suggest strategies for process improvements.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this dynamic role:

  • 2 to 4 years of proven recruiting expertise in managing large volumes of candidates.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Open to working in a hybrid model.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and positive employer branding
