What You’ll Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, with a focus on high-volume hiring

Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking

Screen and interview candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit

Partner with hiring managers to align on requirements and recruiting strategy

Keep candidates informed and engaged through timely communication

Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates)

Use Workday to manage candidate workflows and maintain accurate data
What You Bring

Proven high-volume recruiting experience

Hands-on Workday (ATS) expertise

Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, job boards, social media)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to juggle multiple requisitions in a fast-moving environment
