Contract Recruiter – High Volume Recruiting

Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 remote),
3-Month Contract (potential to extend or convert full-time)

Our client is the market leader in premium protective products across automotive, residential, and commercial industries. Known for quality and customer service, we’re expanding and need a sharp Contract Recruiter to support our high-volume hiring.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, with a focus on high-volume hiring

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking

  • Screen and interview candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Partner with hiring managers to align on requirements and recruiting strategy

  • Keep candidates informed and engaged through timely communication

  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates)

  • Use Workday to manage candidate workflows and maintain accurate data

What You Bring

  • Proven high-volume recruiting experience

  • Hands-on Workday (ATS) expertise

  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, job boards, social media)

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to juggle multiple requisitions in a fast-moving environment

  • Organized, adaptable, and proactive
