DFW Division Manager

As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Division Manager to join their team.
The selected candidate will oversee all day-to-day aspects of business strategy, operational execution, performance metrics, systems for growth, and team leadership. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, operationally focused leader to elevate a successful division in alignment with the company’s vision and values.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight to project managers, shop staff, and division personnel.

Define and execute divisional goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with the company’s mission.

Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Oversee and approve project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.

Ensure timely, on-budget execution of all projects, while managing division budgets and identifying cost-saving or revenue-generating opportunities.

Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse team while promoting professional development and accountability.

Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners.

Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, financial metrics, and overall divisional performance.

Ensure compliance with AISC standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain high standards in fabrication and erection.

Identify and mitigate risks proactively across all projects.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this strategic role:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

Proven track record in construction project management with progressively increasing responsibilities.

Deep understanding of construction codes, industry standards, and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale construction teams and projects successfully.

Strong technical and analytical skills, including MS Office Suite, including Teams and Zoom.

General business operations and performance metrics.

Steel production and erection processes.
