Director of Operations

Our client is a high-growth technology services firm that specializes in custom data center and systems integration solutions. With a focus on delivering complex, large-scale configurations for enterprise and hyperscale clients, the company supports a variety of mission-critical infrastructure needs through expert execution, rapid delivery, and end-to-end operational support.

As the company continues its national expansion, they are seeking an experienced Director / Sr. Director of Operations Services to join their leadership team in Georgetown, TX. This on-site role will be responsible for overseeing and scaling all aspects of production, quality, testing, and logistics operations to support rapid business growth. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role reporting to the COO and serving as a key member of the executive team.

• Lead and continuously improve end-to-end operations, including production scheduling, systems integration, quality, testing, and logistics.
• Build and optimize scalable systems and workflows to support a high-mix, high-volume environment.
• Collaborate across internal teams such as Engineering, Program Management, HR, and Delivery to drive operational alignment and results.
• Deliver key operational metrics, dashboards, and reports to the executive team to support decision-making and planning.
• Own and manage operations budgets, P&L accountability, and headcount planning.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing operations leadership team.
• Ensure operational readiness and compliance with ISO standards and customer audit requirements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability using lean manufacturing principles.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management required.
• 12+ years (Director) or 8+ years (Sr. Director) experience leading operations in fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing or integration environments.
• Deep understanding of production processes, supply chain logistics, quality systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing complex, high-variation workflows—ideally related to server rack builds or systems integration.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams and driving results through strong operational frameworks.
• Comfortable presenting to clients and leading facility walkthroughs as a customer-facing operations leader.
• Prior experience with ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred), and ISO or other quality compliance environments.
• Executive presence with strong data-driven decision-making, planning, and communication skills.
